As a product manager, I always feel that there are a lot of wonderful features that can be built for products but can we prioritize everything every time?
 
High-performing product teams tend to focus on the top 1 or 2 high-impact problems rather than multiple small problems.
 
Only once you give yourself the permission to stop trying to do it all, to stop saying yes to all features, can you make your highest contribution towards the things that really matter to your product.
 
The problems you are trying to solve in combination with the mission and vision of the product can help you identify where to focus.
