Your first example doesn't even follow this advice, as it only goes 3 why's deep. Why does the pricing algorithms favor other zones?

Hey Wes this was an example and 5 Why doesn't mean just 5 Whys it means go on till you find the root cause. I will the more whys till we get to the root cause in the example.!

Wouldn't you say it's important to ask why more in this case too? Why is the algorithm prioritizing something. Because one solution could be to change the algorithm (or influence someone to change the algorithm).
